Celebrate the Summer Solstice with the health benefits of the elderflower. Visit the Trust’s Ag Center to meet Rachel Stephens, owner of Sweet Woodland Farm, for a tour of her elderberry orchard. See the plants while in full bloom and learn what this medicinal plant offers. You’ll enjoy a demonstration and take home all the supplies you need to make this healthy and refreshing summer drink made with elderflowers.
