Mabel and Victor D’Amico, founding Director of the Dept. of Education at MOMA, are renowned for their incredible artistic style, ingenuity, and use of found materials. This guided tour, led by docent Irwin Levy, will offer you an inside look at their home, filled with art mostly created by Mabel, a found object construction artist. Experience the source of their inspiration, influenced by the home’s beachfront setting on Napeague Harbor and Gardiners Bay. Following the tour, we will then visit the Art Barge.
