Meet us at the mushroom farm for a guided walk with farmer owners Agathe Snow and Anthony Holbrooke. Learn about their organic and sustainable practices that provide you with a superior mushroom. Varieties grown include blue, yellow, lion’s mane, shitake, poplar and more. Visit the grow room, try your hand at harvesting a few mushrooms, and receive about 1/2 pound of mixed, fresh mushrooms to take home! After the tour, visit their retail area to purchase additional mushrooms and related products.
