Join us for an informative workshop about the care and cultivation of this ever-popular flowering shrub. Prudence Heston of Salt Air Farm will share information on pruning, deadheading, fertilizing, as well as pest and disease control to help ensure big beautiful blooms. Salt Air Farm is a premiere local flower and fruit farm. The farm has become well known for its beautiful hydrangeas as well as mixed floral bouquets for events of all kinds. Plants will be available for sale – cash, check and Venmo accepted.
Attendees must bring a folding chair and be able to walk about 500 feet to the barn for this workshop.
$10/person. Space is limited, reservations required. Rain date August 18.
