Quail Hill Farm: Field Report -- Getting Ready for Opening Day

Hip Hip Hooray! Quail Hill Farm opens Saturday, May 30th!
As we step into the month of May we are experiencing more sunshine and warmth filled days.
The produce in the field is thriving. As our team sweeps through the transplanted beds to cultivate and hand weed we witness a happy and healthy production of everything from spring greens and kale to carrots popping their first leaves up for a breathe of spring air.
We are so excited to introduce you to our new crew this year. Some being past apprentices returning and the rest new and excited to be here!
We’ve noticed our team’s dynamic as passionate and dedicated and can’t wait to see what this collective energy brings to our season ahead.
Please join us May 23rd for our annual plant sale. We have hundreds of potted seedling ready to start your personal garden.
