Another Bountiful Season at Quail Hill Farm
December 1, 2025

It was yet another banner year for Quail Hill Community Farm. Since 1990 this project has been a touchstone for well over a thousand families seeking sustenance and interdependence amongst the rows of our fine silt loam. After 36 years of Community Farming, we’re grateful to all of you for entrusting us with feeding you, your family and friends for the last 22 weeks.
Together in 2025 we:
- Welcomed 42 new members to the Quail Hill Farm community
- Grew over 400 varieties of vegetables, herbs, and cut flowers on over 13 acres
- Fed 275 families through our Summer CSA Share
- Provided an additional 75 families with produce through our Farm to Food Pantry Program, now in its sixth season in partnership with The Center in Bridgehampton
- Donated produce and flowers in solidarity with community partners like the Peter Matthiessen Center, Duck Creek, and the Springs Food Pantry
- Hosted events that brought us together around plants, food, community and the beautiful land that is Quail Hill: the Plant Sale, Coffee & Community, our annual Potluck, the Great Tomato Taste-Off, and the Equinox Party.
Early November marked the final harvest day of the Summer Share amid the transition into our Winter CSA! The Winter Share runs biweekly through mid-February and includes a wide range of produce from our fields, root cellar and larders to keep your kitchen stocked with local produce throughout the colder months.
