Quail Hill Farm

Quail Hill Farm, one of the original CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) farms in the U.S., is located in Amagansett, New York, on land donated to the Peconic Land Trust by Deborah Ann Light.  Since it was established in 1990, Quail Hill Farm has grown to 30 acres serving 200 families, as well as provides produce to a local school, nearby restaurants, a farmers market, and food pantries. Each year, Quail Hill Farm signs on to the “Farmer’s Pledge” of the Northeast Organic Farming Association of New York: “to sustain the land in healthy condition for future generations.”
