Peconic Land Trust Vineyard (former Galluccio Vineyard)
The Peconic Land Trust has made available for purchase a 42+ acre vineyard, formerly the Galluccio Vineyard, in Cutchogue, New York. 
The property, which includes 21.4 acres of planted vinifera grapes, 5 acres of land currently in vegetables, and a 7-acre woodland/kettle hole, is subject to a Town of Southold Development Rights easement. Oregon Road Farm
The Peconic Land Trust has made available for purchase the 12.5 acre Oregon Road Farm located in Mattituck, New York, for $850,000.
The property, which includes a 1,900 sf house and 800 sf attached garage, is subject to a Town of Southold Development rights easement on 10 acres of farmland.
