Cox Lane Farm: SOLD!
The Peconic Land Trust has SOLD Cox Lane Farm, a 27.5 acre conserved farmstead located in Cutchogue, New York.
The property, which includes a 1,300sf farmhouse, two 2,100sf barns, a 600sf garage and additional outbuildings, is subject to a Town of Southold Development Rights easement on 25.7 acres of farmland. Peconic Land Trust Vineyard (former Galluccio Vineyard)
The Peconic Land Trust has made available for purchase the 42+ acre vineyard, formerly the Galluccio Vineyard, in Cutchogue, New York. 
The property, which includes 21.4 acres of planted vinifera grapes, 5 acres of land currently in vegetables, and a 7-acre woodland/kettle hole, is subject to a Town of Southold Development Rights easement.
