Through Farms and Fields has become a signature event for the Peconic Land Trust -- a unique Sunday Country Supper set within spectacular settings on the East End. This year was no exception, as we returned to Ray & Lynn Wesnofske's lovely Ocean View Farm, the site of their historic 19th century dairy barn. Works by the artists of Plein Air Peconic of conserved landscapes were also on display. A percentage of sales from work sold by Plein Air Peconic at Through Farms and Fields benefitted the Trust.
Supper was by Chef Peter Ambrose of Food for Forks, and featured wines courtesy of Russell McCall of McCall Wines, dessert courtesy of Kathleen King of Tate's Bake Shop, specialty cocktail courtesy of Richard Stabile of LiV Vodka, a bar courtesy of Richard and Linda Willet of Wines by Morrell, coffee courtesy of Jason & Theresa Belkin of Hampton Coffee Company and beer courtesy of Donald Sullivan of Southampton Publick House.
