7:30 pm to 10:00 pm

Join us in the back room of Jimmy's No 43 for a fun and fabulous session of "Shuck and Talk" with our own Shellfisher Preserve oyster grower Karen Rivara!

Karen is responsible for bringing back the Peconic Pearl oyster to Long Island Sound, and she will be discussing her role in the preservation of the Sound, plus demonstrating to all just how to shuck an oyster!

Tickets are $35/person, and includes one drink and a plate of oysters. $10 of each ticket sold will be donated to Slow Food NYC. $0.25 of every oyster sold will benefit the Peconic Land Trust.
